Monocacy Start Center is looking for talented and passionate BCBAs to join our company in providing home and center-based services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Monocacy Start Center is a premier provider of ABA services in Frederick County and the surrounding area.
Applicants must have a BCBA certification and have or be eligible to obtain a license as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland. They must also have experience in developing and implementing home and community based ABA programs, experience in supervision of Behavior Technicians or RBTs, and experience working with children with behavior problems and/or developmental disabilities. BCBAs are responsible for developing and overseeing individualized home and community ABA programs, assessing current functioning and establishing treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing caregiver training, supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs, training new technicians, and monitoring treatment effectiveness by reviewing data collection.
